Warranty
- A111 AutoParts offers a 90-day, unlimited-mile warranty on used engines, providing repair or replacement at its discretion. This warranty covers only the defective unit, excluding attached accessories such as manifolds, carburetors, distributors, alternators, starters, water pumps, thermostats, clutches, flywheels, timing belts, and all seals.
- No warranty is provided for Mazda rotary, high-performance, and racing engines or transmissions.
- Car body parts are not covered under warranty.
- Used transmissions come with a 90-day warranty on parts only. However, electrical switches, wiring systems, shifting linkages, and torque converters are not guaranteed.
- Surface rust on powertrain components is not covered under warranty unless it significantly affects performance. Given the nature of the materials, surface rust may develop over time, which is considered reasonable and not covered unless it impacts product performance
Claim & Refund
Upon returning your order, the refund procedure varies based on your chosen payment method, as indicated on your product receipt. Please note that this policy applies exclusively to products purchased and delivered by A111 AutoParts, not those acquired from third-party vendors or junkyards.
If a customer cancels an order before shipment, they are eligible for a partial refund, subject to a 25% restocking fee deduction.
Policy for Damaged or Incorrect Products:
- Any damages to the delivered product must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
- For damaged or incorrect parts, customers must send a 20-second unboxing video displaying the label via email.
- The damaged or incorrect part must be shipped back to the yard for assessment and validation. The customer is responsible for bearing the return shipping charges.
- Once validated by the yard, refunds will be processed within 24 to 48 hours.
- Refunds will be completed within the next 4-7 working days.
- If the customer does not respond promptly or fails to receive the part, it will be returned to the yard. In such cases:
- If the customer wishes to receive or reprocess the order, they must pay additional shipping charges.
- If the customer prefers to cancel the order, a partial refund will be issued after deducting the shipping charge. Additionally, every transaction is subject to a 6-10% card processing fee.
Credit Card Charging Policy:
Customers may notice multiple charges on their credit card statements. Our shipping department will provide updates after each charge.
Explanation: Our parts originate from various warehouses across the United States, incurring additional shipping and warehouse costs. As the buyer, you are responsible for paying all taxes and fees. Therefore, we use your card to cover these expenses, resulting in multiple transactions (warehouse fees, shipping, stocking, and tax) on your card. Our billing and shipping departments will keep you informed about all charges.
If your card issuer does not authorize transactions with A111 AutoParts Stripe, or another merchant services you must contact the bank to authorize the transaction.
However, the total price for the product remains the same and will not change.
Shipping Policy:
For freight parts, providing a business name and address is preferable. If no business address is available, please provide a nearby Walmart parking address to avoid additional charges for doorstep delivery.
Once an order is placed, it takes 5-7 working days to generate the tracking ID. Delivery timelines depend on the product's dimensions and the distance to be covered, typically ranging from 10 to 12 working days.
If a customer provides an incorrect shipping address, the organization assumes no responsibility once the part is shipped. In such cases, the customer must cover additional charges for reshipment. If the customer wishes to cancel the order, they are eligible for a partial refund, subject to a 25% deduction from the paid amount.
A111 AutoParts warrants to their original buyers that each used item sold is protected from defects in material and workmanship when properly installed and under normal use and service, as per the terms and conditions outlined, unless otherwise noted.
