Warranty Policy
Our warranty covers any damaged, defective, or incorrect parts sent to customers. We offer a "parts only" warranty for a period of three years, unless otherwise specified. The warranty period can be confirmed with the sales agent or on the invoice at the time of purchase. If no warranty is mentioned or communicated by the sales agent, the part is sold in "as is" condition, and A111Autoparts will not be responsible for the performance of the part once delivered.
Note: TRANSMISSION & TRANSFER CASE: Replace filter, pan gasket, and all seals. Flush and flow test all coolers and line, fill transmission using only OEM specified fluid to proper levels using manufactures guidelines. Review and perform all technical service bulletins (TSB). Replace auxiliary trans coolers. Adjust throttle pressure, perform all re-program procedures, clear, and remedy all fault codes. CVT Transmissions must be re-calibrated by the dealer prior to putting the vehicle in gear. Failure to comply voids all warranties. Proof of procedures is required. In case of malfunctions STOP do not drive.
Return Process
- Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Parts: If a part is defective, incorrect, or damaged, it will be replaced after initiating a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Reporting Damaged/Incorrect Parts: Report issues within 24 hours of receipt. Provide a 20-second unboxing video showing the part and label for validation. Replacement will be issued upon validation.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping is at the customer's expense and is non-refundable.
Return Eligibility
- Parts must be returned within 30 days from the original shipment date in their original, unaltered condition.
- Returns will not be accepted if parts are damaged beyond shipping-related issues or due to the quality of the part.
- No Refunds: A111Autoparts does not offer refunds. All sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
Shipping Policy
- Free Shipping: Available for standard shipping to commercial addresses in the continental U.S.
- Shipping Timeframes (Estimates):
- US Domestic: 5-7 business days
- Canada: 5-7 business days
- Multiple items in an order may ship separately at no additional charge.
- Freight Items: Provide a business address or a nearby Walmart parking address to avoid additional charges.
Credit Card Charging Policy
Multiple charges may appear on your card during the order process. The total price remains unchanged, and updates will be provided by the shipping department.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items ordered for testing or incorrectly ordered parts are not eligible for return.
- No returns are accepted for Mazda rotary engines or recycled tires.
- Installation Requirement: Parts must be installed by a certified mechanic, or the warranty may be voided.
