Refund Process:
Upon the return of your product to our warehouse, we initiate the refund process, which typically takes 3 days to complete. Subsequently, the refunded amount may take 5-7 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your chosen mode of payment.
To claim a refund for a product not as described, kindly provide a 25-second unboxing video including a shipping label.
Please note that there are no refunds for any kind of body parts, exterior parts, or electronic parts.
For freight parts, it is preferable to provide a business name and address. If no business address is available, kindly provide a nearby Walmart parking address to avoid additional charges for doorstep delivery.

- The damaged or incorrect part must be returned to the yard. Once assessed and validated by our team, the refund process will be initiated within 24 to 48 hours. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
- The refund will be completed within the next 4-7 working days.
In case the customer fails to respond or receive the part:
- If the customer wishes to receive or reprocess the order, additional shipping charges will apply.
- If the customer prefers to cancel the order, a partial refund will be issued after deducting the shipping charge. Please be aware that every transaction is subject to a 6-10% card processing fee.
