We offer shipping services throughout the United States. With multiple shipping locations nationwide, we strive to deliver your product as quickly as possible, enabling you to get your vehicle back on the road promptly. If an item is out of stock, on backorder, or requires special ordering, we will inform you via email with an estimated time of arrival.
Shipping Policy:
- For freight parts, it's best to provide a business name and address. If a business address isn't available, please provide a nearby Walmart parking address to avoid additional charges for doorstep delivery.
- Upon placing an order, it takes 5-7 working days to generate the tracking ID. Delivery timelines vary based on the product's dimensions and the distance to be covered, typically ranging from 10-12 working days.
- If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address, the organization bears no responsibility once the part is shipped. In such cases, the customer must cover the additional charges for reshipment. If the customer opts to cancel the order, they are eligible for a partial refund, minus a 25% deduction from the paid amount.
- Please note that there are no refunds on returned body parts, exterior parts, or electronic parts.
- All state fees and transport charges are the responsibility of the customer. Any additional fees incurred at the time of delivery must be paid by the customer.
