Shipping Policy
- For freight parts, customers must provide a business name and address for delivery. If a business address isn't available, a nearby Walmart parking lot address can be used to avoid additional doorstep delivery charges.
- After placing an order, tracking information is generated following processing. Delivery timelines depend on factors such as product dimensions, distance, and warehouse processing times which will be communicated during the time of purchase.
- If an incorrect shipping address is provided, the organization holds no responsibility once the item is shipped. Any additional charges for reshipment must be covered by the customer. If the customer chooses to cancel the order, they are eligible for a partial refund minus a 25% deduction from the total amount paid.
- Refunds are not available for returned body parts, exterior parts, or electronic parts.
- All state fees and transport charges are the responsibility of the customer. Any additional delivery-related fees incurred must be paid by the customer.
